The Liftco 200 has 3 integrated ruck-and-maul post sleeves mounted on the front end of the trainer to enable multiple discipline coaching at the same time. Posts are removable and same size as regular goal posts, allowing exsisting goal post pads to be utilized for this feature.
The Liftco 200 is foldable for easy storage and shipping. In the folded down position it is 18" high and can be easily stored under a bench, table, or shelf. It is made from durable 2" 11 gauge steel. 
Dimensions are 59" wide and 82" long.
The Liftco 200 has 2 multi-directional 10" rubber caster wheels in the front to protect grass or turf and aid in correcting scrumming techniques.
